Refund + Cancellation Policy


Workshops + Special Events: Registration for workshops and special events may close five days prior to the event. See specific dates and times in the workshop details. We require a minimum of 4 participants to hold an event and will cancel if we do not meet that within 24 hours of the event, so your advanced registration helps everyone better plan their time.

De-registering: For the courtesy of our students, teachers, and staff, we ask that students de-register (via TULA or by calling/emailing the studio) at least 2 hours in advance of a class that they will no longer be able to attend. Doing so kindly reopens a space for other students who may be able to attend if the class is otherwise at capacity ­čÖé

No-Show: If a student registers for a class and does not attend, we charge 1 credit from class package holders or charge $10 to members (unlimited classes/month). Individuals will receive two warnings before incurring charges.

Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that life happens and endeavor to be fair, not punitive, with our policies. Students may contest a credit removal or no-show charge if they experienced extenuating circumstances that did not allow them to attend / de-register ahead of time.

Running Late: We request that our students arrive early (10-15 minutes) for class in order to get set up and centered. We will hold a spot up to 5-minutes before the class start time if a student communicates to the studio that they are running late. Students arriving late may be required to forfeit their spot should another student arrive earlier.

Waitlist: If a class is full, you can opt to be added to the waitlist. Should a space become available, you will be notified via email two hours prior to the class.

We do not offer refunds on the purchase of class packages or workshops.

In order to be considered for a credit refund from workshops, you must notify us 48 hours prior to the workshop.

Any other late cancellations after the registration deadline or last minute cancellations should be emailed to for review.

We reserve the right to charge for any massage cancellations within 3 hours of the session time.
